What does it mean to Elope?
To create an experience that feels deeply personal, adventurous, and free from expectations. Taking away the pressures of traditions and embracing moments that are uniquely yours.
At its core, eloping is about intention- choosing experience over trying to please everyone, and connection over inviting everyone because you feel like you have to. This day isn't about giving up something, it's about gaining your freedom to do what make you both happy and experience a day created specifically for your relationship and its desires.

What's the difference between eloping and having a small wedding?
Depending on the couple and their choice of inviting loved ones or not on their elopement day, the main difference between eloping and having a small wedding is breaking away from tradition.
Elopements can be customized for the couple and can even include activities such as hiking, kayaking, going on a helicopter ride, going to get matching tattoos, the ideas are limitless!
How do we plan an elopement?
Check with your photographer to see if planning is included in your package. Typically your elopement photographer will be hands-on with the planning process, helping you find the best location, the permits and licenses you'll need, and coming up with fun activities for you and your partner to take part in on your elopement day!
What locations are best for an elopement?
The best location is going to be unique to you! After your initial consultation, your photographer will get a good idea of what locations fit you as a couple best based on the questions they asked! Then you'll get to narrow down on which locations feels like your dream elopement spot!
What are questions we should ask elopement photographers?

Whether this be including your tradition of making homemade pancakes the morning of, visiting somewhere meaningful to your relationship, taking a moment to journal together, or wearing non-traditional wedding attire! There are so many ways to make your day unique to your relationship.

Planning + Brainstorming/ timeline creation
Elopements: Together we will find the best location, elopement date (if you don't already have one in mind), activities, and other unique experiences to create the dream elopement day you deserve! It doesn't have to be a ceremony + photos after, this day can be specially curated to your interests whether than be having an intimate bonfire, going hiking, getting matching tattoos, or enjoying a drink at a local coffee shop/bar. Your options are limitless!
Weddings: I will create a photo timeline for your wedding day based on the events that are taking place and your day's vision to make sure you have the dream wedding day coverage that you deserve!
